Vert Élite was born from the desire to share and make accessible to all Canadians the same premium-quality products we have been using in our sod harvesting fields for decades.
The story of our sod farm began in 1975 in Saint-Liguori, in the Lanaudière region. Vert Élite is a project of Gazon Beauséjour & Signé Beauséjour, a Quebec-based sod farm founded in 1975 by Clément Beauséjour, father of Réjean Beauséjour, who now owns and operates the company with his partner in Saint-Liguori, Quebec.
Today, the family business employs a team of approximately ten people and has developed a unique expertise built on more than 50 years of field experience, producing high-quality sod rolls perfectly adapted to the Canadian climate.

Today, the family business also welcomes the next generation ; the third generation. Over the years, Signé Beauséjour has built a strong reputation in the Lanaudière region thanks to its professional service and high-quality products in the sod industry.
The company has continued to stand out over time by expanding its offerings, including the addition of a physical store and new products for its customers: a complete mini quarry, gardening and flower bed products, and a full range of lawn care products.
