When seedlings are about 4 weeks old (provided there is no heatwave or drought), you can apply your first mineral fertilizer before a 15 mm rainfall. We recommend following a regular fertilizer application program. It is also important to maintain a balanced soil pH to maximize the effectiveness of fertilizer applications and support a healthy lawn.
Ensure you have at least 6 inches of topsoil beneath the grass to promote lawn health and improve water retention.
